FAQ item
One question and its answer as native details and summary: no script, keyboard and screen-reader behaviour for free, and the chevron turns with CSS. The answer is a slot, so it can hold paragraphs, lists, links or a button.

How soon can you start?
Most work starts two to four weeks after you say yes. Urgent needs are seen the same day.
Do you give a fixed price?
Yes. Every quote lists each line of work and its price, and the invoice matches it unless you change the scope.
What if plans change?
We move the dates with you and confirm the new ones in writing the same day.
What does the visit include?
Every first visit covers:
- A conversation about what you need
- Notes and any photos that help
- A written scope within two days
A question with no answer yet
Drop the answer into this slot: a paragraph, a list, a link or a button.

What you can build with it
A questions list on a service or pricing page. A single expandable note inside an article. Shipping, returns or policy answers on a shop page.
Props
question (text); startOpen (boolean); answer slot (anything; a default paragraph shows while it is empty)
States shown
Closed and open (the chevron rotates), hover on the question, keyboard focus ring on the summary. Native disclosure, so Escape and arrow keys behave as the browser does.
How to change it
Content and options are 2 props in the component's settings panel, and what goes inside is a slot you fill with your own blocks. Colour, type, spacing and radius follow your Automatic.css settings, so a change to the site's palette or scale changes this too. For anything else, edit the classes in the Style Manager, starting with .faq-item, .faq-list.
ACSS tokens used
white, radius, box-shadow-1, space-s, space-m, text-dark-muted, primary-dark, focus width, colour and offset, transition
ACSS requirements
ACSS 4 defaults. Nothing to switch on. Stack items in a flex column with a small gap; the item keeps one fixed width from its container, not from its question length.
